Lenox square is one of the most traditional shopping centers and one of the best in the city, the location is excellent, it has the best of luxury shopping together with options for the whole family.

Shopping centers offer the convenience for locals and visitors to find everything in one place.  Atlanta has done a great job developing very good public transportation options including a well managed public bus system and the MARTA that is basically the Metro System, still it is nice to be able to arrive to one place and find it all. Let’s not forget that Atlanta has as well one of the busiest airports in the world.

Many shopping centers stop being trendy with time, this is not the case of Lenox Square. Opened originally in the 1950’s it has gone several major renovations, each one making it an even better place. There are three big department stores: Macy’s, Bloomingdales and Neiman Marcus, more than 250 retail stores and many restaurants from the informal food court venues to other more formal dining options. Connected with the shopping center through a tunnel is the elegant JW Marriott hotel, one of the best in the city. There are many other luxurious properties just minutes away walking such as the Westin, The W, The Ritz Carlton and the Mandarin Oriental.

It is easy to reach Lenox square. It is located in the heart of the famed district of Buckhead, this is one of the most exclusive suburbs of Atlanta, an area that in some ways has its own life with everything it has to offer to those looking for style and a good vibe. Those arriving from other points of the city will find it very helpful that there is located very close (just couple blocks away) one station of the MARTA System called Buckhead station, there are as well several bus lines that come close by. Lenox square offers free parking and valet parking with a surcharge. Another of the things that makes this shopping center so unique is that there are many luxurious brands present here such as Louis Vuitton, Burberry, Cartier, Ralph Lauren, Salvatore Ferragamo, Prada, Mont Blanc and many other that one will not find around only in locations hundreds of miles away from Atlanta.

The fact that almost 40% of the visitors to Lenox square are tourists says a lot about how convenient and visitor friendly this mall is. It has become certainly a Mecca of luxury, entertainment and great shopping all in the same place.
