We are a family of 4 including 2 teenagers planning to travel to HH from Don Muang airport. I understand the cheapest way to get to HH would be via the minivans at Victory Monument. But I am considering to catch a bus from the Suvarnabhumi Airport instead. Do you how much time will that take? Do you think this is a good way to reach HH?

      Dear Trish

The buses Bangkok to Hua Hin overall take normally 3.5-4hours. As we’ve noted in the article the buses at Suvarnabhumi are comfortable coaches that depart the airport all during the day, they are the best option if you have lots of luggage. However if you have normal sized luggage it makes more sense to go to the main bus station or victory monument in the downtown which is closer than Suvarnabhumi and the buses/vans depart constantly and are the quickest way to get to HH.
